Different styles of wine in the same región. Classic vs Singular wines. We will taste two reds and two whites.
Reds: Reserva vs Singular. Same varietal, different sytles.
Whites: Young vs Aged

And of course you can just choose whichever wine you fancy to, in our blackboard you could find all the wines by the glass and make your own choice!.
