From old vineyards and very low production, it gives a very high but natural concentration. The aging is in 500 new French oak barrels. Some years it is malolactic in the barrel.
They are very natural and do not exceed 40 mg of total sulfur, despite their high concentration they are fine and balanced with no alcohol.
