Classic and traditional Rioja wines: white, pink, young, crianza and reserva, but with a modern twist, due to a higher concentration given by lower yields.
Aged in a mixture of old and new barrels
Using old vines with very low production from which a very high concentration of flavours is obtained. The aging is done in 500L French oak barrels. These natural wines do not exceed a total of 40 mg of sulfur and show finesse and balance.
The lowest yeilding old vines are selected, with a yield not exceeding 800 grams per vine. The wine is aged for two years in 500L French oak barrels.
The wines do not exceed 40 mg of sulphur and perfectly reflect the intense selection from which they have been produced.
Viñedos situados en Cenicero (corazón de La Rioja Alta). Los viñedos pasan de 100 años y se seleccionan los racimos claros que tienen pocos granos por su menor tendencia a pudrirse. La producción es de 1kg/cepa.
